Palanga Spa Hotel

The modern, luxury Hotel Palanga is one of the most exclusive hotels in Lithuania. It was designed by the well-known architect Donatas Rakauskas, and in 2003 it was named the best Lithuanian architecture project of the year.

The hotel is set amidst a pine forest right on the seashore. Large glass walls allow the light that filters through the trees to flood into the lobby and the spa area. The hotel’s surroundings also inspired the choice of materials, with Offerdal quartzite in combination with white marble and olive and cedar wood dominating both public areas and guest rooms.
